Which inventory can you submit?

Manufacturers, contract manufacturers and distributors can submit unused surplus, cancelled-programme stock and slow-moving parts. Describe the material as it is: factory-sealed, opened, partial, repackaged or another clearly stated condition. Do not label an opened lot as sealed.

A production cancellation does not automatically release inventory for sale. Confirm who owns the material and who can approve its disposition. Keep held, quarantined, disputed or restricted material separate from the released stock list.

  • Excess electronic components
  • End-of-life and discontinued ordering codes
  • Unused cancelled-programme material
  • Surplus board-level items identified by part number

Prepare a lot-level stock list

Use one row per manufacturer part number, lot and condition. Include quantity and unit, package or packing format, date or lot codes where available, and city or country of storage. Say when a quantity is estimated or a record is unavailable.

Representative label and packaging photos can help explain a line. Keep the photos linked to the spreadsheet row. Share only relevant business records, with unrelated confidential or personal details removed.

  • MPN and original manufacturer
  • Quantity, unit and packaging
  • Date codes, lot codes and condition
  • Location, disposition status and available records

Agree the basis of a purchase

A list is the start of an assessment, not a completed sale. Eligibility and purchase terms depend on the lot, its condition, the evidence available and the agreed transaction. An offer may cover selected lines rather than the complete list.

Compare proposals using the same quantities and documents. Agree any inspection, reconciliation, payment, collection and transfer responsibilities in writing. Tax and cross-border arrangements also need to be addressed for the actual transaction; do not assume a single standard applies to every location.

Send your list to icultra

Email the spreadsheet to tina@senico-electronics.com with your contact name, company, stock location and desired disposition timing. WhatsApp is also available for an initial discussion or a short list. Identify which lines are already released for review.

If the list changes, send a new version and explain the changed quantities or status. This helps both parties discuss the same material and prevents an earlier enquiry from being mistaken for current availability.
